Yosemite National Park

I had some photos in my camera not yet downloaded, from the end of our trip, so I can start posting about some of the beautiful sights we saw on our trip to California.

We only had time to drive through Yosemite National Park, and walk through the visitor's center, but it was worth the extra miles. None of us had been there before, and I have to say that it was just as beautiful as the photos I've seen before, but even more amazing because I got to see it with my own eyes. It was one lovely place.

I love that shot, especially with the waterfall in the background. I'm glad you had a good time.

Yosemite is one of the places I really miss about CA. I didn't visit it enough when I lived there. The views leave me in awe of God.

I found your blog through "Hospitality Lane." I used to live in CA and we camped yearly at Yosemite! It was such a lovely surprise to click on the link to your blog and see Yosemite!

What fun! I would love to see Yosemite one day.
And what cute little pun'kin pies you've got there!

what a darling picture of your two kiddos. I think you should blow it up, frame it, and display it in your house!

Wahoo! You finally got to go to Yosemite. I am so glad that you even had some time to drive through my backyard...you know it is *my* national park right? Just kidding.

I go there enough that it feels like my backyard.

I read your Death Valley posts too. I am really happy to hear that your trip worked out this year. I remember emailing you about Death Valley last year and it was fun to see the trip through your eyes.

We are currently on the road ourselves....Saguaro National Park. This is heavenly and so overwhelming I can't even begin to relate it all. The desert is *full* of life. I have been posting on my nature blog a few photos each day, you can pop over there and check it out if you want to see a little glimpse.

I am so impressed with your packing for the camping trip. You are really good!

Thanks for sharing your trips.
