Someone Sprayed My Thistles

I'm crying. Someone came on our property and sprayed the thistles my baby Painted Lady caterpillars were eating. My heart is broken.

    How sad --- I hope you can figure out who it was so you can ask them not to spray without permission again. We have a neighbor who sprayed the edges of our property and killed one of our trees with overspray. Weeds for one person are treasures for another.

    was it star thistle? That I might understand. But if it was the lovely thistle with th epurple flower...I'm just appalled
